Good to know.

What does the $800 include?

The design and set-up of your Shopify store, ready to sell, and one hour of free training on the Shopify admin. If you want more complex features, the price goes up, and we tell you the new price in writing before we start.

Which features cost more?

Anything beyond a standard store. For example, a feature made only for your shop, or a link between your store and another system. Tell us what you need, and we will price it.

Who adds the products?

You do, and that is on purpose. Nobody knows your products like you, and you will add new ones for years. We set the store up, add the first products with you, and show you how in your free hour. After that, you never need us to add a product.

Who do I pay for the Shopify plan?

You pay Shopify directly. It never comes to us, and Nordbox has no yearly fee for Shopify stores. You choose the plan, and you can pay Shopify every month or once a year.

Can my customers pay cash on delivery?

Yes. We can set up cash on delivery, and online card payments through a payment provider that works in Lebanon. Shopify Payments is not available in Lebanon, so Shopify adds a small fee to online card orders paid through another provider (2% on the Basic plan). Cash on delivery orders have no Shopify fee.

What happens after launch?

You run your shop day to day. We showed you how in your free hour. If you want something new later, we send you a separate quote first.

Can I start with the $50 trial?

No. The $50 trial is for informational websites only, and online shops are not eligible. Shops start with a free chat and a written quote.
