Vectory Pro

Last updated 24 September 2026 · Nordbox, Beirut, Lebanon

This policy covers Vectory Pro for macOS, shown on your Mac as “Vectory”. It is made by Nordbox.

The short version

Vectory works entirely on your Mac. The pictures you open, the vectors it makes and the files you export never leave your computer. We don't collect, store, sell or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

1. What Vectory does with your pictures

When you open, paste or drag a picture into Vectory, it's traced into vector artwork on your Mac.

  • Your pictures are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
  • Tracing happens entirely on your device; no cloud service or online AI is involved.
  • Exported files (SVG, PDF, DXF, PNG) are saved only where you choose to save them.
  • A picture you paste or drag in from another app (for example Photos or a web browser) is kept as a temporary copy inside Vectory's private storage on your Mac, so it can be opened like a file. macOS clears these temporary files automatically.

2. Information we collect

None. Vectory doesn't collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers, location, contacts, or any other data, and doesn't send anything to Nordbox.

3. What Vectory remembers on your Mac

To work smoothly, Vectory keeps a few settings in its own private storage on your Mac. They never leave your device:

  • your last-used DXF size, unit (mm, cm or inches) and curve style;
  • whether you prefer to see the original and the vector side by side;
  • the time of your last free vector export, so the free version's one-export-every-24-hours limit works;
  • the choice to open the Save window in its full view.

Deleting Vectory removes all of these.

4. Purchases

Vectory Pro Lifetime and Vectory Pro Monthly are sold through Apple's App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, email address, payment details or Apple Account. Vectory only asks Apple whether a purchase or subscription is active on your Apple Account, so it can unlock the app.

Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's own privacy policy:
https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

5. Internet use

Vectory contacts the internet only for one thing: checking and completing App Store purchases, through Apple. It never uploads pictures or files. Links in the app (Support, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy) open in your web browser only when you click them.

6. Crash reports

Vectory contains no crash-reporting or analytics tools of its own. If you've chosen in macOS to share analytics with app developers (System Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These contain no personal information and are used only to fix problems.

7. Children

Vectory is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

Because we don't collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. This applies wherever you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Everything Vectory keeps stays on your Mac, under your control.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above. If a future version of Vectory were to collect any data, we'd say so clearly here, and in the app, before it happens.
